Volunteer & membership: interests, availability, T‑shirt sizes, experience, emergency contact, membership level and dues.
Event registrations: attendee details, accessibility needs, meal preferences.
Communications: messages, survey responses, testimonials, photos you submit.

B. Information collected automatically

Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages/links, general location (city/region), and timestamps.
Cookies & similar tech: first‑party and third‑party cookies, pixels, and local storage used for core site functionality, analytics, remembering preferences, and (if enabled) marketing.

C. Information from third parties

Payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments / Stripe / PayPal) send us confirmation of payments, last 4 digits of card, and receipt metadata.
