1) Accepting these Terms
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
2) Eligibility; Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you create an account (e.g., for membership or events), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3) Donations, Memberships, Purchases, and Refunds
Donations and membership dues support our programs and may be processed by third‑party payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. Donations are generally non‑refundable except in cases of processing error or where required by law. For merchandise purchases, please review any posted return/exchange policy.
Receipts & records. We issue receipts for donations for your records. Please consult a tax advisor regarding deductibility. We do not provide financial or legal advice.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

5) Your Content; Permissions
If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, photos, stories, or feedback), you represent that you own or have rights to share it and that it does not infringe others’ rights. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our mission and communications (including on our Site, social channels, and materials), with proper attribution when feasible. You can contact us to request removal of your content from our channels going forward.
If your content includes images of other people, you confirm you have permission to share them. For program/event photos we capture, we may display them to highlight community impact; let us know at info@4theinvisible1s.org if you need us to remove a specific image featuring you.
6) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may link to our Site and share our public pages for informational, non‑commercial purposes. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written consent. To request permission, email info@4theinvisible1s.org.
7) Third‑Party Services & Links
We use third‑party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). Those providers’ terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third‑party websites or content linked from our Site. Review their policies before engaging with them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
9) Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas for any disputes arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
